Improving Working and Rest Conditions at IBG – Plast
On December 5, 2024, "IBG – Plast" Ltd. launched the implementation of a grant agreement BG05SFPR002-1.004-1794 under the "Human Resources Development" Program 2021-2027, Priority 1: Promoting Employment and Skills Development, Procedure BG05SFPR002-1.004 "Adapted Working Environment."
"IBG – Plast" Ltd. is a proven leader in the field of manufacturing and installation of windows and doors. The company stands out with impressive results, having completed thousands of square meters of doors and windows to date, with the volume of projects continuing to grow. Its activities include collaborations with large construction companies, delivering projects for various buildings, as well as providing high-quality solutions for private homes to individual clients.
The company is implementing a project aimed at ensuring a healthier and safer working environment for its employees while improving working conditions. To achieve these goals, modern personal protective equipment and specialized workwear with advanced technical specifications will be purchased, ensuring higher levels of personal protection and safety. These measures are crucial for safeguarding the health and safety of employees while performing their duties.
As part of the project, a safe and comfortable working environment will be ensured by introducing modern collective protection equipment. Fifteen high-efficiency column air conditioners will be installed to maintain optimal temperatures in the workspaces, contributing to improved working conditions.
The old utility rooms at the production facility will be renovated through construction and repair activities. These include upgrading walls, flooring, and overall infrastructure to create modern and functional spaces for rest and work.
The project also includes training sessions and informational initiatives to familiarize employees with best practices for creating a sustainable, safe, and eco-friendly work culture. These efforts will contribute to better working conditions and the sustainable development of the company.
